BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. A BOOKED APPOINTMENT MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW INFORMATION.

 

Some things are beyond our control, like falling ill or facing unexpected car troubles or work meetings. As a small business operating by appointments, sudden cancellations can severely impact us. We value your time and have policies in place to prevent last-minute cancellations. 

 

For any changes to your booking, like rescheduling or canceling, please use the link in your confirmation or reminder email. We only accept online requests for changes. You are accountable for your appointment; forgetting to adjust or cancel outside the 72-hour policy won't be excused.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling charges are non-negotiable.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling - Your deposit will be carried over if cancelled before 48 hours (we need time to fill your appointment). This also applies for your touch up appointments.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment time- 50% of the total appointment will be charged.

 

‘No-showing’ to an appointment - service booked is charged in Full.

You must make sure you have read and understand all terms before booking. Booking with us means you have agreed to all of the above.

We are a home-based clinic that operates by appointment only. Please get in touch if you do not see any available times that suit you. We also have a waitlist for Sundays as we do not open more than 2 Sundays a month.
